my eye was instantly assaulted by the pastel yellow.
you also distorted the globe image. (a personal pet-peeve of mine. i hate distorted images that are not intended or artistically required to be.) the rest of the layout is bland and reminds me of a parking page. any visual interest and hierarchy would benefit this site in a big way.
