FLV \ SWF Upload\Player for WordPress

I have searched and install a few plugin for wordpress but I haven't found a good plug-in whereas I can upload FLV or SWF movies to a wordpress blog, does anyone please know of any ?

Post the embedded code? You mean for a video service like youtube? I don't mean those I mean video you have, you upload. I found a plug-in anyhow, thank you for your help :)
