The domain is nearly two years old and has a pagerank5.
The blog comes with the following stats: There are currently 445 posts and 2,545 comments, contained within 66 categories.

Even though traffic is down due to lack of updates, there’s still ~170 RSS subscribers. The main income right now is paid posts. With a Pagerank of 5, it fetches around $50 per paid post on payperpost. Sponsoredreviews fetches anywhere between $50 and $100 for a sponsored post.
Obviously you can sell links and make more money with a pagerank 5 blog, but I simply don’t have the time/energy for it.
I will provide free hosting for as long as the new owner would need.
Even if you just do 10 paid posts per month, you will make $500×12=$6000 per year.
