DoodleKit free online website builder/host
Been lot's of these. However, Doodlekit seems (maybe) noteworthy.

looks interestiing for those in need.. seems to simplify the process a bit for those who require that. All their templates are W3C Valid.. thats nice.

Where's all the fun? :P
There are couple of sites like this one, I don't really trust any of them. Of course, I got my own principles, that's why I prefer my own way. The valid W3C templates are a good thing, I admit...
