Default MTV Base Myspace page HELP!!!!!!!

Hey guys and girls. I work for MTV and the guys froms MTV Base asked me to bash them together a myspace page. Just keep it simple and fresh they said. No worries I thought, how hard can it be, I've used Dreamweaver to make basic sites. Well bloody hard is the answer. I've got all the content on there including getting the logo at the top of the page (easier said then done). It's just that it does not look very professional. Mainly just to do with a few snags like the boxes don't line up and for some reson the logo at the top is grey rather than black! It just doesn't look right. The link to the site is MySpace.com - mtvbaseband - UK - Afro-beat / Chinese pop - www.myspace.com/mtvbaseband (created to mess around before I post code into proper site). If anybody could help me tidy it up I would give them a massive shout on the site (along with photo if they please!) and may be able to blag a couple of gig tickets if you are in the UK. Come on, lend me a hand. Show your mates you work for MTV! I've nearly smashed my laptop a 1000 times trying to do this. The code is as follows:
