Default should i be worried?

Recently I saw this:
Quote:
I need a web design specific to multiple tasks. The proper candidate with have knowledge in all or most of these areas:
PHP 5
Perl 5
Python
Ruby/Ruby on Rails
PHP.INI files
MySQL 5 Database Server (Manditory knowledge)
PostgreSQL Database Server
Javascript/DHTML
Flash/Shockwave
This site needs to be crisp and professional, a demonstration of your ability is manditory prior to hire.
on another website i visit - is this unreasonable, or should i be worried? Does any single person know how to use all of those things well enough to sell? I certainly dont...

I hope they're paying alot of cash, that's a lot to know I wouldn't expect many people to be great at everything

I wouldn't worry. I could never do all that, and not many people out there could either.

they're asking for a web developer not a web designer (even though they don't say so) and for all the stuff they've asked for they'd have to be paying £35 - £45k to get a decent one

You've got to think a developer might not be that much cop at flash, which means if you want a site with all those features you'll need more than one person.

If those requirements are for a job then to find someone to do the lot look to be paying over £50k a year, that's what I meant

Yeyh I wouldn't worry. They are asking alot there and if they do want you to be skilled in all of them then they must be paying alot. Im sure there are many jobs out there that don't need as much skill as that. It would be nice to know all of that but it just takes time and practice.

Personally if i tryed to learn all of those things I would end up without any work because i would be trying to learn too much and never know enough of one thing. Just stick to a few things at a time.
