Default How much should I quote?

Hi everyone, I've been asked to submit a quotation for a complete redesign of a building design and construction company website to include the following:

1. Simple, ingenious and attractive Home Page complete with company logo (should not be too busy)
2. Who We Are page
3. Projects page (will also probably include numerous sub-pages)
4. Services page
5. People page
6. Contact Us page
7. Any other relevant pages that you might deem necessary based on your previous experience.

They are also getting quotations from other companies, so while I’m keen to charge a fair price, I’m going to have to be careful not to overestimate it!

Do you think I’d be better off charging per page, for time, or a flat rate for the whole site?

Thanks!

Do it by contract: charge per page, charge for intellectual property (ie the design) and if they deviate from the contract, per hour on top!

yeah work out rough hours then add some. so if you chanrge for 8 hours - round it up to 10 so they have some changes - if they make anymore than two whole sets - let them know it will cost more.
