Illegal Advert Sites for Unblocking Facebook

How is this site not illegal or blacklisted by Google. Everyone who's searching for ways to unblock facebook and this is top of google... unblock facebook - Google Search It offers no solution just a pile of google ads that make money when clicked, it's got white coloured keywords in the main content which is meant to be illegal and a search box (google paid by the way) already filled in with the search term to be clicked. Not sure if I'm mad at the guy for building it or mad because I didn't think of the idea first, not that I would due it, it's unethical.
