Default finding copyright free images for use
Hey everyone, i am new here, great to have found this resource!!

I have been given a contract to design a series of banners advertising websites.

There are times where i need to find some images which fit into a certain theme/catagory for these banners. The banners are going to be used for years, not months or days.

What i need are copyright free images (I dont mind paying) which allow you to download the images then use them forever. I have been looking into image shack but it seems that you only have the right to use the images for ONE year after download, for what i want, this is going to create a huge hassle with having to document download dates etc - not to mention having to recreate the banners after each year.


Does anyone have any suggestions of other sources I can get copyright free images from?

the above links are great resources, but if needing to get images to use will be common for you, you may want to look into stock CD's purchase CD's full of stock that you would then be free to use without worry.

you used to get a cd with stock pics on it free with one of the mac mags, cant remember which one but it was always full of good pics!
