They can range from £200 - £3000 depending on how long it took, remember there's a big difference between a small web graphic for a company and a full branding package.
Bearing in mind fonts alone could cost a few hundred.

I use to do a lot of contract work for a logo design company last year. I did their PHP programming and Web sites. Logos are tricky business as it is very subjective. Sometimes they get it first time around and other times the revisions are just insane.
