I actually kinda liked the img for that reason, do u see it as a problem?

Probably would be a problem in terms of copyright! I think if you take the Beatles out of the picture, then it would still be an obvious parody of the Abbey Road cover (though nice and subtle if that makes sense).

On the design side, the header type could be stronger; and I would remove the thick black lines - or try them as hairline? That would make the whole thing more elegant. I quite like the colour scheme however.

I think it would be fine if you took them out, and people would still get the reference. Although to be honest it would probably not be an issue if you left them on but is it really worth the risk when they aren't that vital to a design?
