I think it's a natural development. It's missing the "Generate Content" button, which fills the layout with generic boilerplate text.

I think that site is too nasty (design wise) to be the face of an online site creator.

There's no way this can possibly generate a decent looking website. The code has to be a complete mess after you're done running it through that generator.
