You can put any location in your meta tags and they will be read or do a different page targeting that place.

This is a really shady way to do it...

He has a different page for every town in the UK meaning his search terms cover every place. Don't know how close this comes to breaking google's rules but it is an option!

I didn't read all 5 pages but I read the first one and I think it's nice to have a website to showcase what you do and sometimes that's all you need but it's always nice to have a business card with your web address on there because a lot of people like to see what you do.

On the other hand it's nice to have more then your work on there and maybe some articles that will help your new client understand what you do and how you can help them. Just my two cents or maybe I didn't get the reason for posting this.
