Myspace designing

Right :] - I am terrible at pricing things, but myspace designs are something I can't figure out.


I have been asked about prices for a myspace design, but have no idea on what to charge. Anyone got any idea's or a set price they would charge?

How much is your time spent worth to you? If i was getting random inquiries from strangers, id charge $500 USD

friends, id make them buy me a few drinks at the bar!

It wil take me around a ything from 4-8 hours to plan/design/code/seo & them make sure its crossbrowser compatible.

Would you charge hourly or by the whole project?

An the time spent doing it I could be doing better things!

You'd have to pay me £250,000 an hour for me to touch myspace code.

Seriously £30 an hour, all the backend code is done by the myspace site so it's only a front end which is from what I've seen mostly sliced images and a little css code to colour and position elements, backgrounds and text.

I do, or did them for £60 - £80 total. Depends on who it is. If its another wannabe artist i knew budget is a BIG factor, so i stayed within that range. However, did a layout fr Canibus - (US rapper) and charged £250 - just because I know the money isnt coming out of his pocket , he just passes an invoice to someone - cheeky i know, but hey.
