I have Both right now at home. my wife is notorious for "punching the monkey" so i gave her my old mac, which is nearly immpossible to break. I use a PC at home and work cause well, its cheaper, more software, more games etc.

And i like living on the edge... at any minute all my sh*t could crash and i could lose everything...

yeah.. I remember when I didn't understand how a system worked.. or howmachines work for that matter.. Shortly after I learned how simple machines worked, I learned to tie my shoes, and wipe my own a*se... but up until then, I used a Mac

just playin with ya Ian. But honestly, if you understood how and why computers work how they do, you would have a greater understanding for how a lot of complex mathmatical systems... including your Mac.

Back in the day ~LOL~ we had to program EVERY function into a computer in order to get it to display or do anything. What does this have to do with Mac vs. PC?? Well a LOT. Your Mac will make you more ignorant (and I don't mean that in a bad way).. its just that simple machines like that will dumb you down, because you don't HAVE to think. The comparison is like in math.. you know what ½ is.. but if you didn't know that it was really 1÷2... you would have lost a lot in between in understanding what 0.5 is...

All computers (and complex systems) are that way and not knowing limits your ability to perform better than one who does.
