Could it not have something to do with this, in your < head > tag?
"It renders the page as IE7 does. This is the preferred compatibility mode."HTML Code:<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />
This could be causing the crash?
Hey guys. This page: Cinematic Corporation - Lead Generation - Video Networking loads in every browser except IE6. I am testing it on Windows XP using IE6 and it loads the header and then just hangs and freezes up. I also tested it in IE6 with browsershots and the same thing happens. The page loads fine in firefox, IE7 etc. Not sure what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. However, that applies to IE8 only.
isn't the clue in the code? "IE7".
Have you tried taking it out to see if it makes a difference?
Works fine in IE6 for me, again.
I checked it in IE Tester for IE6. Works fine.
You might also want to check your site on another computer with IE6 installed. It might be that particular setup that's having trouble.
Weird. I finally figured it out. The "supersleight" transparency fix script for IE6 was causing the issue. I removed the supersleight script from the IE6 conditional comment and the page loaded fine. The only thing I don't get, is why it works fine for all the other pages when using IE6 (just had an issue running on that one particular page). It is odd that it works on your systems. It didn't work on mine or on browsershots.org.
