Comment Script

I'm in need a of a fairly simple comment script, where basically, a visitor completes a short form, and their comment is posted on the page.
Bit like what you get on Wordpress websites.

I have extreme basic knowledge of PHP (but do have a colleague that can help if needs be). Does anyone know if a script that is fairly easy to integrate into an existing web design?

Am assuming you want to write it in PHP? Is the website you want to add it to also in PHP? There is no one script to do it, but it's fairly easy to do since it's just grabbing data from the screen, sanitising it, and then saving it to a database. That said, is there a database to store all these comments?
