Well screen things aside, the navigation of the work is difficult. Also, a design site for design professionals? While that might be their aim, surely their major hit will be possible clients wanting to view their work.
Frankly if you are going to go on about how great you are a web experiences and they can's produce that on your own site, it hardly gives confidence..
