Agree completely with those points.
Especially the "Thou shalt not use advertisements with sound." one. I've installed adblock plus just because of those ads. Users of those ads have shot themselves in the foot as far as i'm concerned.

Great post Mailino. I liked how you actually showed examples of the sins on your website. That background soung was pretty annoying, so hopefully no one makes the mistake of using such a background audio on their website.

Great post, I agree with what you are saying with the thou shalt not use blinking text, I hate it when you are trying to read text and it keeps blinking it puts you off.
