Help, I've made a mess!

Okay so, my site is a mess! The coding at least. What I did was I started out with just a blogger blog, I found a layout I liked and tweeked it. Put in my own header, colors and background. well I've added to it, new pages and I'd just copy and paste the layout from my blog into the new pages so they all looked the same. Well each page has a mile long version of the Blog's CSS. I'd like to just make a CSS style sheet to keep it simple and not have each page with a bunch of coding, and if I want to change it I only have to change one page instead of each page... but I have no idea where to start and I'm afraid I'll mess up the layout i have. Can Anyone help me clean up this mess?

Effectively the sheet at the moment blog_controls.css"

All you should need to do is alter all the pieces between the style tags
You've got it all in your page there (header, h2, body etc) - Change those with colour, do not touch anything that's padding, margins etc as they will likely shift
everything up cock.
