Default 3D models and online shopping sites

When online users visit our web site and try to load our 3d models they usually dislike installing the special plug-in required for 3D product view presentation? Please, tell us how we can solve the given problem?

I'm not sure how to help you, but no site that you have to install a plug-in for will be that sucesesful with viruses and such at an all time high, home users are scared of installing anything from sites at the moment. Hope you find a solutions.

to be honest i know a lot of people that buy models online ( im not one of them but ) and all they need is a few views of the model seen in unsmoothed wire mesh and then shaded and a nice glory render. this is enough to tell someone if the model is worth buying or downloading. so in other words ditch the gimmick of being able to interact with the models :)
