It's very nice. I'm not the biggest flash fan (understatement) but this is clean, sleek, sexy, etc. Well done.

But like most, it fails to take lower screen sizes into consideration and doesn't have a scrollbar.

yep, i can't see the whole site and my res is 1280x800

ditch the object tag. And like mentioned above need to take into consideration browser size. Should be scrollin or resizing.
