Another Flash query

Hello Flashers -

Can anyone suggest a way to cut up a photo in Flash into a specific size?

If I set the scene for you...

- I import a photograph into Flash and place it on the stage
- I need to cut it up to a specific size - in this case 90px by 30px
- I break it apart - and take slices off the photo until it looks about right
- Normally at this stage I would change W and H in the property inspector, but that would DISTORT the image wouldn't it!

So - how do I do this? Any ideas? I could easily go into PS3 and used a FIXED SIZE marquee, but can I do it in Flash?
