Many of you may have seen this but its still a lovely piece of navigation. Simple.

My ex boss tried this. Without action script. But a web search on this will come up with lots of forums with people asking how its done. I am not asking that. Just pretty.

The flash ones are good, but the one where you have to scroll are pointless.

Dont really like any navigations in flash.... they will be obsolete before long... you trying loading a flash site on your mobile :-)
