good and free tool for small flash effects
Hi,
I am new to the graphic design world and I am looking for a good and free tool that create a flash effects (animation and small flash effects). any recommendation will be great. thanks Sharon.

Flash Effect Maker Pro - Reviews and free Flash Effect Maker Pro downloads at Download.com or SWiSH Max - Reviews and free SWiSH Max downloads at Download.com don't think you'll get a free app for this
