Newbie questions - Graphic Design Forum and Web Design Forum

I have a small flash movie and here is what i am trying to do:

- If the movie finishes, it should be directed to a specified HTML page or URL.
- If i press a button "SKIP", it should do the same as above.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me out in this.
