Flash Page Movement Need Help!!!!!

I have try it but it seems like it doesn't wat i really wan. Once i paste the code in the flash, the page didn't move a bit

You can't just copy and paste other peoples code and expect it to work

Of cos i have edit it for my flash work but still it not work

Anyway i have successful make the movement but i think it still need a script to define the area so it won't come out from the frame. It's like defining the maximum movement, so It won't move beyond the parameters.
