Lucky Number Slevin
Watched this last night after forgetting about it after seeing it at the cinema and i forgot how much of an awesome film it is!
Slevin is essentially a straight forward, neat black comedy of errors (mistaken identity for one) with a fairly silly title. The body count climbs steadily as the movie progresses at a cracking pace that never becomes dull. Slevin is thematically similar to a few other choice stories, but like Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - Slevin should be enjoyed more for the ride and the audience should try not to guess ahead of the plot and let it unfold naturally. just my 2p - if u haven't seen it. i suggest you do!

I love the fact that the 2 bad guys are maybe two of the greatest actors of my era, agreed a top film.

LNS was the same as Layer Cake I expected more until I'd seen it a few times now I love them both.

revolver is ok, my mate hated it though...
It's a bit too much for him i think, the slating it got in the press will have put most off me thinks

tbh i think i loved revolver so much is because of how it all worked and the minds games and i think i understood more than most because of my film studies experiences at college. i went and watched it with 3 female friends and they were all so confused by the end.. so they hated it
