Babel is AWFUL!!!!!

Just saw this recently. I can't believe for all the awards it got that this movie flat-out stunk!!!!!

Has anyone else wasted their time on this one yet?

There are a lot of mixed reviews on the movie ... you either love or hate it. Keep in mind that Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett are in the movie a very short time. There are 4 convaluted stories going on at the same time. Most of which could have been cut out. I understood the movie just fine, but it was depressing.

It's too political and preachy. I'd love to hear what others have to say about it.
