We are looking for a middleweight or talent junior designer to join the award winning Liveposter Team. Job Role
This is both a creative and hands-on technical design position- you need to be able to both create and deliver! You will be required to play a significant role in the creative side of the agency, making it essential that you are a creative thinker with the technical ability to create beautifully crafted designs. Working closely with Senior Management team, you will be responsible for designing compelling real world, live or social experiences, across multiple channels that include: mobile, tablet, DOOH and web platforms. Reporting directly to the Design Director, you will oversee design and creative projects from concept, creation, and delivery ensuring a high standard of work.


Day to day activities:
Develop compelling digital experiences that drive both our clients and our own brands forward.
Ensure design objectives, milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Oversee creative direction from concept to implementation.
Ensure your own work and that of the juniors under you is within brand guidelines.
Mentor and support the junior designers.


Required experience:
3+ years experience in digital design, strong technical design skills - you need to deliver accurately and on time.
Strong visual design skills, including an eye for good typography, layout, composition and use of colour
Demonstrable track record and a passion for design.

Passionate about everything digital, keeping up with the latest trends.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

You will be working on a variety of projects including logos, advertising, POS, direct mail, stakeholder communications and guides, exhibitions and promotional give-aways, whilst ensuring that you follow brand guidelines and are consistent throughout all mediums. Experience in responsive web design/digital publishing is favourable, but not essential.
