So as part of the gift, I bought a domain, and when time comes hosting, and I would like to do something like this: The background of the website will be a wooden table, on the table are photos with a semi-thick white border around them (almost like polaroids). I want to be able to drag the pictures around the table (with momentum effects ex. its slides a little before stopping when moved), on top of each other, but with a border of course so they wont go off the screen. Also, when the image is clicked I would like it to go full screen and have a caption if possible.



I know this is a lot, and its way out of my league for web design, but any help I can possibly get would be so greatly appreciated. I know HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ruby, and WordPress.
