Does anyone know or have a good tutorial on how to use the Gradiant Mesh tool in Illustrator?? Thanks

I always find some good tutorials in the help section. Try reading that and just taking a stab at a test piece. Best way to learn is by doing. If thats not helpful, adobe does a fair amount of stuff too - on the web. or on the training cd thats with CS1/2.
