The whole go live cross over thing - export for web etc etc. I haven't bothered using it myself, but I know a designer who sets all her sites up using Indesign then brings it into go live.

Yeah that is great I use it in ID, but you don't build complete sites in it like quark are trying to build.
It's amazing how much they've tried to include and all of it fails to impress.

going off topic here but...
Ive been using indesign cs2 for ages but as some of you may know from my other posts that im starting a new job soon and they use Quark. Arrrgh! Not used Quark since college. Any useful tutorials about that would help me get back into Quark? Or any book recommendations? Thanks! Laura |

the best thing is to probably take a sunday practicing in quark. make up an advert or something in it for practice. if you get stuck you can ask the helpful people on the quark forum:
http://www.quark.com/service/forums/ xxx and actually on here they have the same question: quark or Indesign: http://www.quark.com/service/forums/...light=indesign alot seem to like indesign. I like quark, but will probably end up prefering indesign. :)
