Don't let image ready write the code unless there's no other way around it.

let DW or GoLive code for you if your unsure. Though some code screws up in Go Live like rollover buttons - but no issues with CSS

Not at all I'm a terrible coder, I would love more than anything to be able to spend 3-4 weeks on a site. Alas the longest I've had was 9 hours!
It's a shame when you can't spend enough time perfecting every line of code, but when you can turnover £5 million a year in print designs web site's are just a bonus and a bit of change. Our only success has been we already have 9,000 clients so you don't have to go looking for web work it's all there. The downside of this is the job doesn't have to be done that well. It's the only part of my work where quality doesn't pay off. It's a shame but thats the reality.
