Adobe have taken their trials offline for a while so you'd be better off going straight to a reseller and buying it in disc format perhaps... Or speak to Tommy, I think he's a reseller.

i mean...depending on what my final product is going to be sometimes i do create the logo in illy and move it to PS...for my final touches.

as a whole, they serve two different purposes. (see Toon's egg-tv example)
