You must have an unhealthy interest in what’s going on in the world of advertising and always be thinking of new ways to capture that elusive ‘click’.

Ideally you’ll understand character animation; have good design, illustration and typography skills; and a basic understanding of Action Script. Obviously you’ll be able to wield the tools of the trade: FLASH, Fireworks, Illustrator and Photoshop.

You'll be working mainly on one of their biggest accounts so you need to be able to organise your time and have a great eye for the finer points. It would be a plus if you have experience creating Standard and Rich Media banners for blue chip companies. Knowledge of micro-site and website animation would also be a bonus.
