Yeah I totally agree, interesting fact though. We offer free meetings with clients as long as they come to our offices (sometimes relaxed on big projects) to talk through the design/development/tech and there is a good 90% update rate on that and an even better conversion. We have literally had people come from all over the country, a bit harder for you in America with you fancy pants big country.
Also we totally hijacked this thread :D
