I don't get how using Joomla templates and getting others to design headers for sites constitutes as being a web designer!

Joomla is a content management system (CMS) and I think by what "picky-very-picky" said this guy is literally just putting together a website using Joomla templates rather than designing one...hence why he is unable to design a header for the site...

My understanding is that he is asking for a 'banner' and that's totally different than a header. I didn't realize he's looking for art for an actual website. I did notice that the individual requesting the art does not appear to be a designer. It would cut down on their overhead if they were so that they can utilize Joomla to assemble a website that looks decent instead of piecemeal. And hey....everyone has to start somewhere. : )

No, it doesn't make someone a web designer, but they came on here to get a banner designed and the pay they are offering is pretty decent.
