Ajax WebDev/Designer Needed for a social network :)

Looking for a Web Developer/Designer who is looking for a new and exciting challenge to design for mokkito, pronounced mo-kee-to.

Taken a look at Myspace, Facebook, Hi5 and others.. and thought to yourself, "I could do better!"?
Well this is your chance to prove it :)

Requirements:

• Ajax knowledge
• Able to build web applications (APIs) for a number of different things, quick and easy
• Must have some knowledge in MySQL
• Understands Web Guidlines and codes
• Bonus if you have knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
• Basically in simple terms, able to design a website similar to facebook, myspace etc

What will I expect to be designing?

• Total web customisation, including use of themes, skins, sounds and transitional effects
• web based Instant Messenging with the use of webcam integration and filesharing
• Interactive review forums, use of 5 star rating, blogging
• Profile creation, this will include ability to expand tables using ajax, drag n drop windows, will include transitional effects,
• Should make use of open source content

Project Duration: 1-4 weeks (max)

Salary: Will be discussed further once we get in contact.
Payment will be made in 2 payments for the whole project.
50% before and the other 50% when it is completed either via PayPal or cash in hand (must live in London).
