Website design job. Ragnarok private server.

I need some design work done. I own a Ragnarok Online private server, ExaviRO. I need a website done. Nothing too fancy, just need a template.

I had a friend do this banner, but he doesn't do websites. I was looking for the website to use the same color and basic feel of this banner, but have the layout similar to the website listed below.

If you accept, you will become part of the ExaviRO team. As the senior graphic designer, you will recive a lot of exposer to all the members of ExaviRO. People will look at the website and wonder, "Wow this looks great. I wonder if he'll do my website." and you'll probably pull a lot of clients in.

I can pay between $150 and $300, depending on how good you are and how much experience you have.

This would be an exposer opportunity and a great way to get known by hundreds of people, namely people who use ExaviRO.
