Company looking for talented, creative, passionate Junior Digital Designer who is looking to work in an agency environment across a wide variety of projects. You'll be working closely with art directors, producers, designers and developers to create high-end, dynamic, interactive websites, microsites, banners and other digital media, for some of London's largest, most recognised brands.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years industry experience.
- Poses an outstanding portfolio of work.
- Ability to design and preferably build amazing banner ads, microsites, websites, eDMs and other digital media.
- Knowledge of the digital design process.
- Some understanding of HTML, web standards, information architecture and user experience.
- Great communication skills, with the ability express ideas eloquently, both verbally and visually within a team environment.
- High level of general design skills with an excellent understanding of typography.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- 3D, After Effects and digital video knowledge and skills a definite plus.
