CODER with good SEO needed --- read on

Hello all,
Its been a while since I was here, I hope you are all well.

I have been asked to design a website for a client, the only problem is I am an average coder, with basic seo skills.

I need to get an idea of price for someone to take my design - Sliced images and wireframe and put into technically correct code (w3c compliant).
Good seo skills are very important to the final product, so examples of seo results are a must.
I am putting together a technical brief at the moment.

Possible skills needed : HTML/CSS/PHP/Java/Wordpress or other CMS.

Please let me know an hourly/fixed-project or page price rate
Please include examples of your work.
