Nope.....I have friends who send them to me. I guess their hoping I will move away from them.![]()
I do a lot of email campaigning in the area.. we are testing a couple popular job posting sites now to determine the value of both campaigns and those posting sites.
I have probably sent them a link at one point in time or another if they use a job posting service. I am constantly looking for creative ways of marketing and always testing services.. so this fit the bill completely for us as I can apply my learnings not only to myself, but to other sites I design.
If she needs some ad Hoc work, send her my way. I or one of my constituents are certainly willing to help somone in need... and I service that area, although I tend to go to Manhattan and northern NJ more.
I actually don't know this specific company or person. If I do post a job and I know the company/people, I'll let everyone know. But this one was just a shot in the dark.
About 4 friends of mine (from all over the US) will always forward job listings to me because they assume I know some unemployed graphic designers. And usually they're right.
LOL.. starving artists.. nahhh.
Cool. Well thats my area, I live up on a 200 yr old old family farm where I work from and service a few clients there, NY, NJ, NYC, Boston.... all within 2 hours from me.
Funny thing is, it used to take me longer to get from one end to the other of San Diego... wow, I don't miss that.
Check the forum often for the latest design announcements. Everything from graphic design and web design, to films and music. Estetica is a great place for people to get together and help each other out.
