You may be thinking why Am i looking for talent....Well recently i Started a Company called Circean Designs.This is obviously a Design company or better known as a Design firm.I am looking for some talented members to help out.....but hear me out first

This is the beginning of a real company.This meens you must be professional about it.Keep in mind its only in its beginning stages and for now any members will only be volunteers and will not be payed,but thats just for now.

In the next few paragraphs I will be telling you What kind of talent i will be looking for,why you should join,and what exactly will we be doing.

Gfxers
These people will make Gfx,designs,wallpapers,and banners for the company.
Amv and Video Makers
These people will make Amvs,and professional Videos for our blogs,sites,and other video sites to help get the word out.
Writers
These people will do the writing when we need to write things
Editors
These people will edit mistakes of any kind when we have to write things
Managers
These people will help manage things around the site and forum and company.
Idea people
These people will gives us ideas for what we should be doing next.
Webmasters
These people will help run the site and forum.

And many many more

These are just a few of the many positions this company will have to fill.

What will we be doing

Thats kinda a hard question to answer because the Company will be doing lots of different things in the beginning stages just to lay the ground work.

We will be making posters,videos,sending letters and email,recruiting,and many other things.Basically we will be getting out name out and getting ready for the Real profit.

No offense, but if you're business model revolves around 'developing an unpaid team of proffessionals' then you're clearly living on Pluto........either that or in an institution.
