Will pay for someone to redo my design

Hello,

I'm not a logo designer, by any stretch of the imagination. I've designed a logo for my son to put on this t-shirt on Zazzle:

Custom t-shirts, shirts and other apparel you design online

And here is my design, yeah, don't throw up, I used paint shop pro, please don't laugh out loud too hard, again, I'm not a designer. I would like to pay someone through paypal, don't know what I should pay since the work is already done for you, I have a 100% rating on Ebay.

Here is my design that I'd like to redo. If you are wondering what the top letters stand for, it's H20, water sign, that's why it's in blue.

Anyone like to help me? I'd like to order the shirt tomorrow. Any suggestions on what I should pay someone to redo design?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I suppose the logo should be on a transparent background. I just wanted to do something cool for my son, but I lack the ability.
