The Role…
The main purpose of the role will be to design, develop, build and test websites for our client and their users. You will produce web codes (e.g. Java, HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, JSP, etc.) to standard and specification, produce appropriate documentation (functional, technical specifications and test plans), produce web site templates/structures or web application frameworks/architectures, make amendments to existing code, designing websites and applications to specifications, providing input into the architecture/design of new projects etc. The above tasks are not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation.
The Successful Candidate…
Must have experience in the design, development and building of websites, experience producing web codes and web templates / structures and web application frameworks / architectures. You will have worked within a Senior Web Development role and will have experience working within a string web based team. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a creative flair and a natural interest in web design development and e-solutions.

I doubt you'd get anyone properly good at all that for £25-32K. If I could do all that to a decent standard I'd want about £35K lol.
These days you're talking £45k for a Java Developer alone, add ASP and PHP into the mix and it's got to be pushing £60k.
