I'm not sure if is the correct place for this sort of post but, I'll give it a go anyway. Any pointers on where best to look would be greatly appreciated.

We're a medium-sized magazine publisher looking to consolidate and expand our online presence.
We are looking for somebody to come in and work with our existing sites, fixing problems as well as developing new and exciting features, that we, less technically proficient can only dream of.

The sites are php ones with a fairly large amount of MySQL database action driving everything. Anybody interested would therefore need to be pretty sharp with these as well as developing our CMS.
In addition, we are increasing our ad revenue employing OpenX, so a reasonable amount of knowledge in that would also be advisable.
We are also interested in new ways of communicating with our readership, and again would like to find somebody with experience of such things as html newsletters and mailing lists.
