Flash Template Customization

We're looking for somebody that can customize a flash template. The template is:

We have our logo, pictures, text, information all ready to be applied and can be viewed at All American Angler | Carp Fishing | Trout Fishing. We have custom designed this site and are familiar with HTML, however we need assistance with Flash.
