Junior Graphic Designer for website needed

Hello,

Want to work on a fun games site ?

We are looking for 1 or 2 Graphic Design juniors with some spare time. Our site Home : BeefJack Games is growing very rapidly too fast infact for our current designer to manage. We need a few more hands on deck the work is regular and very simple.

We have two image sizes that need to be designed for the site 186 x 66 and 590 x 200. the smaller ones are thumbnails for flash games and the larger are for our featured content box at the top of the site.

Unfortunately the site is still young, and we aren't making money back from it. However we are getting more and more popular and as we continue to grow we would like to offer all members a payment scheme.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who has 1-2 hours a week to spare and would like to earn some cash in the longrun. Preferably the candidate will have a passion for all things videogames as we all do !

Just a heads up - even if a student or junior designer had the time, they will most likely expect payment on demand.
We see many adverts promising payment 'later on' when that rarely happens; I would suggest saving up some funds first?
Alot of the time, you do get what you pay for...

To be honest with you all, the focus isn't really on payment, more on someone that wants to do it and has the spare time. It is apparent however that our site is growing quickly and there is scope to offer a larger payment structure (some senior members are paid) throughout the team. I am trying to be as transparent as possible.

Well looking at your website, you have a few ads and you need to purchase the games to use them.
So why not give something in return for the design work you require - bit of give and take?
