Web Designer Needed for Gaming Company

I represent a innovative start-up gaming company called iTech. We have recently lost our web designer midway through the completion of the website and require a replacement to meet a deadline in 2 weeks.


The website we require at this current time is very simple with only a few pages. A homepage, forum and contacts section.


The designer will be working from a brief.


Although i should emphasise that we are all working for our share in the company and no wages are currently being paid. Everyone involved sees the potential revenues which could be generated and are all very motivated. That might be all very well if it is a bunch of mates who are doing this out of pure hobby or interest. But for a serious designer looking to do the work, is there any other incentive, than the 'hope' they will get some money in the 'future' ?
